Xapner

Project brief

Xapner accepts enquiries for websites, ecommerce, branding, marketing, custom software, CRM workflows, automation and ongoing website support. A short brief is enough to begin.

What to include in a project brief

Explain what the business does, who it needs to reach, the outcome it wants and the practical constraint causing the most friction. An existing website link, examples of relevant work, available content and a realistic deadline help turn a general enquiry into a useful conversation.

What happens next

Xapner reviews the brief and recommends a sensible first step: a focused package, a discovery conversation, a prototype or a scoped proposal. Before payment, the team confirms what will be delivered, who provides content or access, applicable third-party costs and how the work will be reviewed.

How to send an enquiry

The project form asks for contact details, a service area and a message so Xapner can route the enquiry appropriately. If the form is unavailable in a visitor’s browser, email is a direct alternative; customers should not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive credentials in a general enquiry.
