Xapner

Our Process

Xapner projects begin by making the goal, available material and responsibilities clear. The process then gives customers defined points to review work before launch and support.

How the work progresses

  1. Discovery. We start by understanding what you are trying to achieve - more enquiries, online sales, cleaner operations, or a clearer brand. You share any existing site, examples you like, and practical constraints such as budget and timeline. This conversation shapes whether a published package fits or a custom proposal is needed.
  2. Scope and proposal. You receive a written scope: what is included, what is not, pricing, delivery timing, and what we need from you. For fixed packages, requirements are listed upfront so there are no surprises. Custom software and ecommerce projects include phased delivery where helpful.
  3. Design. Structure comes before decoration. We map pages, navigation and calls to action so visitors understand your offer quickly. Visual design follows your brand direction - or we help shape one if you are starting fresh. You review before development begins in earnest.
  4. Development. We build on the agreed platform, whether that is WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, or another stack suited to your project. Forms, analytics, payments and integrations are wired practically - not over-engineered. You can preview staged progress along the way.
  5. Review and testing. You review the site or system on mobile and desktop, checking real content rather than placeholder text. We test contact forms, checkout paths, logins, and other critical journeys. Revisions stay within the agreed scope and revision rounds for your package or proposal.
  6. Launch. We connect your domain, confirm SSL, hook up analytics if included, and run final checks. For ecommerce, we verify payments and shipping settings with you. You receive handover notes so you know how to manage day-to-day updates.
  7. Support and improvement. Published packages include a short post-launch support window for bugs within scope. After that, website care plans and iterative improvements are available if you want ongoing help. Software projects can move into phased enhancements once core workflows are live.
