Client Reviews & How to Judge an Agency | Xapner

This page directs visitors to feedback published on our official Trustpilot profile, where the source, date and context of a review can be considered.

Customer feedback and independent sources

We link visitors to its official Trustpilot and Google profiles, and where feedback is reproduced further down this page it keeps the reviewer’s name, the source and the date. Independent platforms show the source, date and context of feedback more clearly than a selectively edited quote.

Reviews are only one input when choosing a supplier. A prospective client should also assess whether the proposed scope is clear, whether ownership and third-party costs are explained, and whether the supplier can describe how a project will be tested and supported.

Using feedback fairly

Where feedback is published, it should reflect a real customer experience and retain enough context to be understood fairly. We do not create testimonials, star ratings or outcome claims for work that cannot be independently verified. Visitors can compare reviews with a written scope, delivery process and project examples before deciding whether to enquire.

For a useful comparison, look at the service described in the review, the point in the project when it was written and the original source rather than treating a short quotation as evidence that every project will have the same outcome.

How to read agency reviews, including ours

Reviews are one input, not the whole picture. A handful of five-star ratings tells you less than one detailed account of a project that went sideways and how it was handled. Here is what we think is worth checking before you hire anyone, us included.

Look at the source, not the star

A quote lifted onto a supplier's own website has been chosen by that supplier. An independent platform shows the date, the reviewer and anything the business said in reply. That context is the useful part.

Check what the review is actually about

A review praising fast replies tells you about communication, not about whether the build held up a year later. Match the review to the kind of work you are buying.

Read the critical ones first

Every supplier with real volume has some. What matters is whether the response is defensive or specific, and whether the problem was fixed.

Ask for a reference on similar work

For a larger project, ask to speak to a client who bought something close to what you need. A supplier confident in the work will arrange it.

Weigh the written scope more heavily

A clear scope, named exclusions and stated ownership terms protect you more than any rating. If those are vague before you pay, reviews will not save the project.

Where we do reproduce feedback below, it carries the reviewer's name, the source and the date so you can check it against the original rather than take an edited quote on trust. If you have worked with us, please leave an honest account, including anything that could have gone better.

Xapner built a complete business website for my company and the result was much better than I expected. The layout looks modern, the pages load fast, and everything works perfectly on mobile. They were quick with revisions and always replied on time. The whole experience felt professional from start to finish.

Professional Software Development Team

Our company needed a custom software solution to manage internal operations and Xapner handled the project really well. They understood the workflow quickly and built features exactly how we needed them. Updates were shared regularly and they fixed issues fast whenever requested. Very reliable development team.

Honestly, I was skeptical at first, but Zeeshan and his team absolutely delivered. They built a logo and a one-pager site for my new venture in under 24 hours. I’ve had more people ask who did my site than I ever expected.

Xapner completely rebuilt our lead generation infrastructure. Before them, our Google Ads were burning budget with zero attribution. They restructured everything, lowered our cost-per-lead by 40%, and built a custom dashboard so I can see exactly where my money is going. Unbelievable technical and marketing talent.

David Reynolds, CEO — Horizon Build Group, Texas, USA (Paid search and attribution)

We hired Xapner to overhaul our e-commerce site and manage our paid social. The transition to the new web architecture was flawless—no downtime, no loss in SEO rankings. Within two months, our online wholesale orders tripled thanks to their Meta Ads strategy. They operate like an extension of our own team.

The AI WhatsApp automation Xapner built for us is nothing short of revolutionary. We used to spend hours manually replying to tenant inquiries. Now, the AI handles pre-screening, books viewings automatically, and drops the data straight into our CRM. It has saved us the cost of an entire administrative hire.
