Answers to common questions

What services does Xapner offer?

Website design and development, ecommerce, branding, digital marketing, custom software and CRM systems, automation and AI integrations, and website maintenance.

How long does a website take?

Eligible one-page starter websites can be delivered within 24 hours once payment is received and we have all required content and access. Multi-page business sites typically take 3–7 working days after content is complete. Ecommerce and custom projects follow a scoped timeline agreed before work starts.

Is the 24-hour option available for every project?

No. The 24-hour option applies to eligible one-page starter websites and the 24-hour logo package only, once payment is received and we have everything we need from you. Larger websites, ecommerce builds and software projects follow a scoped timeline.

What does the client need to provide?

Typically: business details, page text, images, logo or brand direction, contact details, and access to any existing site or accounts. Package pages list specific requirements. Delays in content or approvals extend the timeline.

Do you provide website copy?

Published website packages include light editing of supplied text. Full copywriting is available as an add-on and is quoted separately if you need us to write pages from scratch.

Is hosting included?

Hosting is not included in published website packages unless your written proposal says otherwise. We can advise on hosting options or work with your existing provider.

Is a domain included?

Domain registration is not included in published packages. You register and own your domain; we can help connect it at launch.

Do you provide email accounts?

Business email setup is not included in standard website packages. We can advise on providers or connect email if it is agreed in scope.

How many revisions are included?

The one-page starter includes one structured revision round. The business website includes two. Logo packages include revisions within scope on the chosen concept. Larger projects follow the revision rules in your proposal.

What does basic SEO include?

Page titles, meta descriptions, sensible heading structure, image alt text, internal links where relevant, sitemap basics, and analytics hookup when you provide an ID. This is on-page setup - not a full SEO campaign or ranking guarantee.

Do you guarantee rankings or leads?

No. We set up sites and campaigns properly, but no agency can guarantee search rankings, a fixed number of leads, or specific revenue. We focus on clear structure, honest scope, and measurable setup.

Is advertising spend included?

No. Digital marketing packages cover setup and management where agreed. Ad spend is paid separately to the ad platform.

Do I own the website?

Yes. Once paid for and delivered, you own the website files and content we created for your project, subject to third-party licences, stock assets, and open-source components named in your agreement.

What happens after launch?

Published packages include a post-launch support window (7 days for the starter, 14 days for business and ecommerce). After that, ongoing maintenance is available through care plans or quoted work.

Can you work with an existing website?

Yes. We can redesign, restructure, or migrate existing sites where access and platform allow. Scope is confirmed before work starts.

Can you migrate an existing store?

Often yes, where the platform allows export of products and essential data. Migration scope, product limits, and timing are confirmed during discovery.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. Xapner is based in London and works remotely with clients across the UK, Europe, Australia, the USA, the Middle East, and beyond.

What currency are published package prices shown in?

Published package starting prices are shown in GBP. Xapner does not take payment directly through these pages; payment arrangements and the final GBP total are confirmed in writing after scope is agreed.

Can I cancel or request a refund?

Refund eligibility depends on whether work has started and what was delivered. See our refund policy or contact hey@xapner.com promptly if you need to discuss this.

How do custom software projects begin?

With a brief and discovery conversation. We map your process, define scope, then send a written proposal with phases, timeline, and commercial terms before development begins.

Is a discovery call available?

Send a project brief through the contact form, email, or WhatsApp. We will review your goals and reply with next steps. A call can be arranged if helpful once we understand the basics.

Where is Xapner based?

Xapner Ltd (company number 16227291) is based in London, United Kingdom.

Can you build custom software as well as websites?

Yes. We design and develop business web applications, CRMs, portals, and workflow tools alongside marketing websites.

Will I own what you deliver?

Deliverables you pay for are yours subject to the agreement covering third-party licences, stock assets, and open-source components.

How do we start?

Use the contact form or quick enquiry on the homepage. Share your goals, timing, and any links to existing websites or tools. We aim to reply within one business day.
