A customer should read them with the proposal, quotation, statement of work, invoice or other order document for the engagement.

Scope and written agreement

A project’s deliverables, responsibilities, timescale, fees, third-party costs and approval points are set out in the applicable written documents. Specific written terms agreed for a project take priority over general website information where the two differ.

Before work begins

Xapner uses the brief and discovery information available at the time of quotation to define practical scope. Customers should provide accurate contact, business and project information, then raise changes early so they can be assessed and agreed rather than assumed.
